To ensure processing, same-day orders must be confirmed by 1:00 PM EST. If the deadline is missed, your order will be available for pickup on the next working day between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM. We always grant approval before commencing work, and the production time excludes delivery time.

For 3 and 3-5 Days Orders:
Orders need confirmation by 10:00 AM EST to initiate production. Pickup for these orders will be available on the specified day between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Approval precedes production commencement, and the production time does not factor in delivery time.

Custom Orders:
All custom printing solutions and orders come with a designated turnaround time at the start of production, as they deviate from our regular order schedule. These turnaround times do not encompass shipping durations.
